Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 47-year-old male that occurred in a parking lot.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Rudy Alejandro Morales De Leon.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Cocaine, Ethanol, Fentanyl, and Fluorofentanyl

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 8:21 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on September 15, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
