Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 38-year-old Asian female.
The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Ruby Abriol.
Height: 5 feet 4 inches. Weight: 130 pounds
STATUS: The decedent’s body is ready to be released. Ruling by the deputy medical examiner is deferred pending additional investigation.

RIP RUBY PINK ABRIOL (September 8, 1984 – August 11, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 9:42 a.m.
The decedent was a Filipino nurse. She went missing on July 31 near her residence on the 500 block of East 224th Street in Carson City. Her body was found on August 11 in the desert.
This had been reported in Philippine media outlets as a possible murder case involving her husband.
