(L.A.) Ruben Correa, 50, Died in Valencia

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 50-year-old Latino male that occurred on a street.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Ruben Correa of Chino Hils.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Blunt-Force Traumatic Injuries

RIP RUBEN CORREA (August 6, 1974 – April 22, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 12:33 p.m.

The decedent was working at a construction site when he was run over by a truck.

California Highway Patrol said the incident happened in the 29100 block of Avenue Penn, part of the Valencia Commerce Center.

Valencia is a neighborhood in Santa Clarita, a city in northwestern L.A. County.
