(L.A.) Roy Frazier, 53, Died in an Alley

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 53-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in an alley.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Roy Frazier.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 3:07 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 24, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
