Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 68-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Rosa Chavez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Acute Liver Failure

Cause of Death B: Acetaminophen Toxicity

Other Significant Conditions: Diabetes Milletus, Hypretension, Chronic Pain
