The coroner’s office identified the man as Ronald McKelvy.

RIP RONALD LAMAR MCKELVY (December 20, 1966 – September 23, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday.

The decedent had a rap sheet the included arrests for drug offenses.

Note that the government investigator had initially spelled the decedent’s surname as McKelvey.
