Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 65-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hotel.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Roger Jimenez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 11:05 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling in early June, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
