Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 58-year-old Black male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Roger Dulin.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP ROGER DULIN (September 27, 1964 – March 26, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 7:25 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 11/12, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
