Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 58-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Roe Freeman.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Effects

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 11:38 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 3, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
