Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 64-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a hospital.
The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Roberta Silva.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Sequelae of Heroin and Methamphetamine Toxicity
Other Significant Conditions: Hypertension; Diabetes; Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 6:31 a.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 28.
This is considered an accidental drug overdose.
