(L.A.) Robert Wilson Jr., 65, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 65-year-old Black male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Robert Wilson Jr.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in mid-March, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
