Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 38-year-old Black male that occurred in a hotel/motel.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Robert Taylor.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP ROBERT TAYLOR (March 6, 1985 – July 18, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 11:30 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 5, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
