The coroner’s office identified the man as Robert Pitcher.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Pneumonia

Cause of Death B: Probable Multiple Substance Intoxication

Other Significant Condition: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
