(L.A.) Robert Montgomery III, 43, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 43-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Robert Montgomery III.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 2:20 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on May 28, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
