The coroner’s office identified the man as Robert Gifford.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Hypertensive and Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Acute Methamphetamine Intoxication, Diabetes Mellitus, Morbid Obesity, Chronic Lower Extremity Stasis Dermatitis, and Ulceration
