(L.A.) Robert Cox, 43, Died From Fentanyl Abuse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 43-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Robert Cox.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 11:10 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in March the following year, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.

Note that there are multiple decedents named “Robert Cox” in public records.
