The coroner’s office has identified the man as Robert Castro.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 11:32 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 2, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
