Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 32-year-old male that occurred in a healthcare service.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Robert Castro.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 11:32 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 2, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.

Note that there are multiple decedents named “Robert Castro” in public records.
