Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 75-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Richard Wilson.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt-Force Head Injury

Other Significant Conditions: Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, Atrial Fibrillation on Blood Thinner Therapy
