(L.A.) Richard Talbert, 66, Died at a Business

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 66-year-old Black male that occurred at a business.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Richard Talbert.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Condition: Effects of Recent Cocaine Use

RIP RICHARD TALBERT (December 19, 1957 – April 24, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 12:40 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on June 15, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the coke.

This is considered an accidental drug overdose.
