Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 26-year-old Latino male.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Richard Camacho.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 10:22 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 18, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.
