The coroner’s office has identified the man as Ricardo Castillo Solano.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Acute Cardiac Dysfunction

Cause of Death B: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Methamphetamine Effects; History of Congestive Heart Failure; Hyperlipidemia
