Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 57-year-old Black male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Rhaman Smith.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Intoxication by the Combined Effects of Phencyclidine and Ethanol

Other Significant Conditions: Alcoholic Ketoacidosis; Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease
