(L.A.) Reyes Castaneda, 61, Died in an Emergency Room

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 61-year-old Latino male that occurred in an emergency room.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Reyes Castaneda.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Combined Heroin and Methamphetamine Intoxication

Other Significant Conditions: Morbid Obesity, Chronic Venous Stasis Dermatitis, Chronic Lower Extremity Ulceration,
History of Substance Abuse
