The coroner’s office has identified the man as Rene Cardenas Morales.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Cause of Death B: Uncontrolled High Blood Pressure

Other Significant Conditions: Medical History: Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, Asthma, and Intracranial Hemorrhage
