Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a Hispanic female that occurred in a vehicle.

The coroner’s office has identified the individual as Remedios Guzman. Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Gonzalez.

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 3:23 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 5, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the meth.

This is considered an accidental drug overdose.
