Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 18-year-old White/Caucasian male.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Reid Gorecki.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was on Thursday at 8:17 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 29, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.
