The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Rebekah Schmitter. Brown hair. Hazel eyes. Height: 5 feet 5 inches. Weight: 150 pounds

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Intoxication

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 3:26 p.m.

The decedent was arrested by LAPD’s Devonshire Division on May 25, 2021, and charged with a felony. She was released on September 8, 2021.
