(L.A.) Rebaz Muhedeen, 36, Died on a Train Station Platform

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 36-year-old male that occurred on a train station platform.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Rebaz Muhedeen.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Toxicity of Fentanyl, Cocaine, and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 2:15 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on June 27, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.

The decedent’s name appears possibly Iraqi.
