The coroner’s office identified the man as Raymond Palmer.

Cause of Death A: Cardiac Arrhythmia

Cause of Death B: Cocaine Toxicity

Cause of Death C: Acute Cocaine Use

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertension; Diabetes Mellitus; Implanted Cardioverter-Defibrillator (Lifevest)
