(L.A.) Raymond Fortner, 61, Died in a Driveway

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 61-year-old Caucasian male that occurred in a driveway.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Raymond Fortner.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 2:58 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 17/18, presumably after the results of tox screening came back.
