Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 44-year-old Black female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Rasheedah Blake.

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 1:31 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on August 30, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.
