Cause of Death: Complications of Gunshot Wound to the Torso (Including Bowel and Vertebral Injuries), Status Post Surgical Intervention

Other Significant Conditions: Post-Operative Complications, Aspiration

Cause of Death A: Acute Respiratory Failure / Cardiopulmonary Arrest

Cause of Death B: Postoperative Complications of Gunshot Wound to the Torso with Bowel and Vertebral Injuries

Cause of Death C: Poly-Opioid Exposure (Oxycodone, Morphine and Fentanyl)
