(L.A.) Raquan McClerkin, 29, Died at a Private Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 29-year-old Black male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Raquan McClerkin.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Effects

RIP RAQUAN SAMUEL MCCLERKIN (August 22, 1996 – March 31, 2026)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday.

The decedent may have originally been from the state of Michigan. He has an arrest record in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Note that the government investigator had initially given the decedent’s name as Rayqon McClekin.
