(L.A.) Randy Rubio, 37, Died at a Halfway Home

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old Latino male that occurred at a halfway home.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Randy Rubio.

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Effects
