The coroner’s office has identified the man as Ralph Wheeler.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Drug Intoxication

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 4:41 p.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.
