Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 66-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Ralph Rodriguez.

Cause of Death: Effects of Heroin

Other Significant Conditions: Congestive Heart Failure, Chronic Respiratory Failure with Hypercapnia, Type II Diabetes Mellitus
