(L.A.) Rafael Martinez, 21, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 21-year-old Hispanic male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the young man as Rafael Martinez.

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death: Gunshot Wound to Head

Other Significant Condition: Gunshot Wound to Right Arm
