Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 44-year-old Hispanic male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Rafael Martines.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Cardiopulmonary Arrest

Cause of Death B: Pulmonary Thromboembolism

Cause of Death C: Probable Deep Vein Thrombosis

Other Significant Condition: Effects of Methamphetamine Use
