The coroner’s office has identified the man as Quynh Nguyen.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Intracranial Hemorrhage.

Cause of Death B: Blunt Head Trauma

Other Significant Conditions: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease; Hypertension; Chronic Kidney Disease
