Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 23-year-old Asian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Quang Ngo.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Fentanyl Toxicity, Clinical

RIP QUANG NGO (November 29, 2000 – March 11, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 1:30 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 3. The body was not brought in to the forensic center, so it was a doctor elsewhere that made the determination.
