Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 48-year-old Black female that occurred on a street.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Priscilla Randolph.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Cocaine, Methamphetamine, and Phencyclidine (PCP) Intoxication

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertensive Cardiomyopathy, Stage IV Kidney Disease, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, and Obesity
