Chlorphenamine, also known as chlorpheniramine, is an antihistamine used to treat the symptoms of allergic conditions such as allergic rhinitis. It is taken by mouth. The medication takes effect within two hours and lasts for about 4-6. Common side effects include sleepiness, restlessness, and weakness.

Methorphan is indicated for use in the treatment of cough in many different diseases. There are 25 publicized death records since 2001 that mention methorphan or dextromethorphan.

There are at least 50 cases that mention acetyl fentanyl.

Acetylfentanyl is an opioid analgesic drug that is an analog of fentanyl. Studies have estimated acetylfentanyl to be fifteen times more potent than morphine, which would mean that despite being somewhat weaker than fentanyl, it is nevertheless still several times stronger than pure heroin. It has never been licensed for medical use and instead has only been sold as a designer drug.
