Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 28-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Peter Loomis.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Metamphetamine and Fentanyl

RIP PETER LOOMIS (November 23, 1994 – March 7, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 10:54 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 30, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs. This was deetermined to have been an accidental overdose.
