The coroner’s office has identified the man as Peter Cha.
Born in Orange County, California. Mother’s maiden name is Han.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Intoxication

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 1:27 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 12, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the meth. This is considered an accidental drug overdose.
The surnames of both parents of the decedent are Korean.
