The coroner’s office has identified the man as Paul Sepulveda.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 1:06 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on February 3, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the meth.
