Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 51-year-old Caucasian male that occurred in a hotel/motel.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Paul Henley.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP PAUL HENLEY (April 6, 1971 – February 27, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 12:42 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 21/22, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
