Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 56-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Paul Dillow.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Fluorofentanyl, Cocaine, Ethanol, and Lidocaine

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, overdose.
