Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 80-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Patrick Thomas.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Hemorrhage From Facial Lacerations

Other Significant Conditions: Atherosclerotic and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease, Congestive Heart Failure, Morbid Obesity
