Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 39-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at Good Samaritan Hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Patrick Darang-Harter.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Anoxic Encephaopathy

Cause of Death B: Effects of Fentanyl
